By accessing or using SymbioAxis, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the applicable SymbioAxis services. SymbioAxis may update these Terms and Conditions as the platform evolves, as services change, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, or operational requirements. 2. About SymbioAxis
SymbioAxis is an ecosystem-intelligence and decision-support platform designed to help participating businesses, organizations, and program partners better understand relevant conditions, patterns, needs, opportunities, and operational signals. SymbioAxis may provide information through dashboards, reports, briefings, email, SMS, or other supported communication channels. The availability of specific features may vary by user, program, service arrangement, geography, or stage of platform development.
3. Informational and Decision-Support Use
Information produced or communicated through SymbioAxis is intended to support awareness, planning, analysis, and decision-making. SymbioAxis outputs may incorporate supplied information, public or third-party information, analytics, automated processing, and other available data sources. Users remain responsible for evaluating information before making business, financial, operational, legal, safety, or other consequential decisions. SymbioAxis does not guarantee that every signal, forecast, recommendation, alert, or analysis will be complete, error-free, continuously available, or applicable to every circumstance. You may use SymbioAxis only for lawful purposes and in connection with legitimate business, organizational, civic, educational, programmatic, or other authorized activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you voluntarily provide to SymbioAxis. You may not use SymbioAxis to violate applicable law or regulation; interfere with the operation or security of the platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or infrastructure; submit information you do not have authority to provide; misuse platform outputs to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm another person or organization; or attempt to circumvent access controls, communication permissions, consent controls, or other safeguards.
5. Platform Availability and Changes
SymbioAxis may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the platform develops. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure changes, third-party service availability, telecommunications issues, security measures, or circumstances outside the control of SymbioAxis. SymbioAxis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

SymbioAxis may rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, telecommunications, messaging delivery, email delivery, analytics, forms, scheduling, document storage, infrastructure, or other operational services. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical limitations. References or links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement of every product, statement, or practice of those providers.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the SymbioAxis name, platform design, original written content, original graphics, software, workflows, reports, analytical frameworks, and other original materials are owned by or licensed for use by SymbioAxis and its operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SymbioAxis intellectual property to a user. Users retain rights they may have in information, materials, or content they lawfully provide to SymbioAxis, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service and fulfill the applicable service or program relationship.

Users may receive communications associated with services or programs in which they participate, depending on the communication preferences, permissions, and consent applicable to that user. 11. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description
The SymbioAxis SMS program provides opted-in users with low-volume ecosystem intelligence alerts, public service announcements, briefing availability notifications, and customer care messages related to the SymbioAxis service. SymbioAxis SMS messages are informational and service-related. The program is not used to send third-party advertising or affiliate marketing messages.
Consent
Participation in the SymbioAxis SMS program is voluntary. SymbioAxis obtains express consent to send SMS messages during scheduled client onboarding by phone or in person. A user must affirmatively agree to receive SymbioAxis SMS messages before SMS messaging is enabled for that user. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving other SymbioAxis services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on relevant ecosystem conditions, briefing availability, user activity, support requests, and the services in which the user participates.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.
Opt Out
You may opt out of SymbioAxis SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further SymbioAxis SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.

Carrier and Delivery Information
SMS delivery depends on participating mobile carriers and telecommunications networks. Message delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of network conditions, carrier availability, device conditions, or circumstances outside the control of SymbioAxis. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Privacy
Information associated with the SymbioAxis SMS program is handled according to the

Users are responsible for using reasonable care when accessing SymbioAxis services and for protecting credentials or access methods associated with their use of the platform.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SymbioAxis services and information are provided on an available basis without a guarantee that all information, features, communications, or services will always be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error-free.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SymbioAxis is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, third-party service failures, internet disruptions, or a user’s independent use or interpretation of informational outputs.
15. Termination or Suspension of Access
SymbioAxis may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, participating organizations, data, infrastructure, or compliance obligations, or when use materially violates these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
SymbioAxis may update these Terms and Conditions as the service evolves or as required by applicable law, contractual obligations, carrier requirements, messaging-industry standards, or platform changes.
